Morillon HYDRASCREW
The HYDRASCREW system allows you to unload difficult non free flowing materials that are heavy or light, powdery or fibrous, dry or damp, that are stored in flat bottom silos.
Principle:
The HYDRASCREW system uses hydraulic power transmission. An Archimedean screw, driven by hydraulic motor, sweeps the silo bottom radius through 360° and ensures unloading of the product by First In, First Out (FIFO) principle.
The hydraulic transmission system allows high torque to be transmitted at low-speed, thanks mainly to the MORILLON start-up BOOSTER system.
Advantages:
Promotes FIFO principle, start-up BOOSTER system, maintenance when the silo is full, speed regulation without loss of efficiency and no overheating, smooth running and good flexibility, sturdiness and reliability.
HYDRASCREW Range:
For silos from 2 to 27m diameter and allows discharge capacities up to 600 m³/h (depending on the product).
Options: ATEX, high temperature (150°C), Stainless Steel version (304 or 316L), food grade oil/grease.

The ALL-IN-ONE SYSTEM is designed to unload non free flowing materials that are heavy or light, powdery or fibrous, dry or damp, that do not easily flow by natural means and are stored in flat bottom silos.
